郇浩,北京理工大学副教授,博士生导师,美国特拉华大学访问学者。长期从事空间电子侦察、通信技术的研究,发表IEEE TAES、IEEE GRSL等SCI论文10余篇,获授权发明专利7项,美国授权PCT专利1项,获中国电子学会技术发明一等奖1项(排序2)。主持承担了国家自然科学基金青年基金,军委科技委基础加强基金,“分数域信号与系统”北京市重点实验室科技专项,担任某型巡航弹测控应答机负责人,两型卫星辐射源定位载荷负责人,技术指标达到国内领先水平。
